What to Expect

Professional care grounded in dignity and respect.

I work with adults who are struggling with alcohol or drug use and want support, understanding, and meaningful change. I bring professional training as well as lived experience in recovery, offering a perspective grounded in both clinical knowledge and personal insight.

I believe counseling should be compassionate, collaborative, and free of judgment. We will meet where you are today and define goals that fit your life—whether that means abstinence, moderation, or moving toward a healthier and more balanced relationship with substances.
